They are expanding their operations and looking for a dedicated Sales Operation Manager to join their European team in Hamburg.

Role Overview:
This dynamic role combines operational logistics with sales support to ensure smooth order processing, supply chain efficiency, and outstanding customer satisfaction. The Sales Operation Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day supply chain functions, processing sales orders, and ensuring that clients receive excellent service throughout their journey with the company.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Essential:

    • Proven experience in sales administration or operations coordination.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM/ERP systems.
    • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
    • Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
    • Familiarity with logistics and supply chain practices, ideally in the D.A.CH region.

  • Desirable:

    • Experience in the solar or renewable energy industry.
    • Technical knowledge of solar systems and mounting solutions.
    • Experience managing cross-functional projects and meeting deadlines.
